There won't ever be a fix, but it is possible to crack purchases from a game such as Order and Chaos. Look at the example 'freedom' on android. It allowed purchases to be made for free order and chaos. This however hasn't been done on iOS :P

The Apple servers are weak. They were easily hacked which demonstrates how bad there protection for client servers were! Apple tells developers when they publish in-APP Purchases to use their own servers rather then using Apple's standard cracked servers.
These hacker's could easily add the software to hack into developer servers however they won't because of the up raw and illegal coding involved. Even though iAP Cracker (DLC Cracking) is illegal anyway there is still an involvement of further illegal activity by cracking developer servers by using Mobile Substrate and using Apple's own servers to hack itself.
